This beautiful distillery is newly opened and brings the customer on the amazing journey of the curious mind of P.J Rigney. Situated in rural Ireland in the inner sanctum of The Shed Distillery, the home of Drumshanbo Gunpowder and other remarkable brands.
The tour is unique and a fully engaging experience and invites visitors to discover the wonders of exotic botanicals as they experiment in PJ’s Curious Laboratory. Also onsite is the spacious Jacolope Café which serves a wide range of delicious organic and local foods plus a gem of a gift shop which is a shoppers delight with a wide range of distillery-exclusive bottle editions and a wide selection of local artisan produce, bespoke clothing, crafts.
