At The Courtyard Apartments we use a simple online payment system which makes everyone’s life a little bit easier when organising a group event. There is no need to worry about trying to gather money off everyone in the group. Simply provide us with all the details and we will do the rest!
Simple Process
- Book direct with The Courtyard apartments
- The organiser must pay a €300 deposit – this is a security deposit and will be returned to the organiser once the weekend is over – it covers damages etc on the weekend.
- The organiser must supply the email addresses and phone numbers of the group staying at The Courtyard Apartments.
- We will input your details into our payment system.
- Each Participant will get an email inviting them to make their portion of the payment plus details of the package.
- Full payments have to be made 2 weeks prior to arrival.
